About me
With 33 years of experience in education, Susan Salinas has found supporting school staff with the building of climate and culture to be one of her favorite topics. Susan has spent her entire educational career on an elementary campus beginning as a second-grade teacher to quickly moving into a school counselor’s role after obtaining her master’s degree. Three years ago, Susan joined the Student Support Services team at ESC-20. Susan believes deeply that the relationships made on a campus with staff and students is the key to success for all.
