About me
Patti Brouhard is a Community Educator with Community in Schools San Antonio. She has been with CIS-SA since December of 2023. Patti was a high school science and health teacher for almost 20 years and was a high school girls basketball coach. She has earned a Master’s Endorsement in Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Public Health. Patti is a certified instructor for Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) and CALM (Counseling on Access to Lethal Means), YAM and has completed workshops in conscious discipline, trauma informed care, QPR, and suicide awareness. Patti is married and has 2 children. She believes that education is one of the most powerful primary preventative tools we can share…especially when it comes to lifelong health and wellness.
