About me
Natasha Richardson is a licensed professional counselor with experience in a variety of settings, including community, clinical, and school environments, where she has worked with adolescents, women, and families both domestically and internationally. Natasha holds a Master’s degree in Public Health, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. She has also completed a year of service with Americorps City Year and international service with the Peace Corps in Peru.
In addition to her counseling work, Natasha is actively involved in collective impact initiatives, where she collaborates with diverse stakeholders to address complex social challenges. Her work focuses on fostering community-wide partnerships and creating coordinated strategies to improve outcomes in mental health and well-being, particularly for underrepresented populations. Natasha brings this experience into her counseling practice, emphasizing the importance of community resources and collective support systems in promoting positive mental health outcomes.
Specializing in working with adolescents (ages 11-17) and adults/families, Natasha is skilled at building relationships in both in-person and teletherapy settings. She helps clients with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and quality of life. Natasha strives to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to help clients achieve their fullest potential. Natasha also has significant experience working in bilingual and multicultural environments, which enhances her ability to connect with a wide range of clients. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring different cultures through travel, spending time outdoors, and prioritizing her physical and mental well-being.
