About me
As the CEO of Rise Recovery, I lead a mission-driven organization that provides comprehensive care and support to youth, young adults and their families struggling with substance use. With over 15 years of experience in the field, I have successfully expanded our program and organizational growth from 1.3M to 3.3M, increased program revenue through partnerships by 20 times, and co-founded San Antonio's first and only recovery high school.
I am also a licensed social worker with a master's degree in social work from Columbia School of Social Work. I have a strong background in fundraising, mission advancement, capital projects, program expansion, capacity building, speaking and leadership. Prior to joining Rise Recovery, I held leadership positions at Haven for Hope, one of the nation's largest comprehensive-care homeless and housing service campuses, where I led the organization's comprehensive strategy addressing homelessness and housing for over 800 residents. I am passionate about servant leadership and faith-driven leadership.
